A recently renovated and quiet hotel in a magnificent setting with a wide array of little extras. Location near Terrace Hill as well as grocery store, gas, Terrace Hill, and Cal Tech. Also, in a safe area.

Favourable central location just next door to good restaurants and the historic district. Furthermore, close to public transport. The room we had was newly renovated and accommodating with comfortable beds, refrigerator plus new furniture. The breakfast offered lots of food and was nice hot and great.

Facilities were clean, nevertheless Wi-Fi was low.

I needed an affordable and convenient place to stay in San Luis Obispo and University Inn delivered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even with our late check-in. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center. The facilities were decent, and while the room wasn't large, it was comfortable enough. The motel is a little out of date: wifi is some time out of service, equipment is also aged. Free breakfast is very limited.
